One founder,
a boundless standard.

Apeiron Labs is an independent software studio led by a single developer who's been writing code since 2013. We build the tools we actually want to use — and hold every one of them to the same standard, whether it's a family budgeting app or a dispatch system for security teams.

The name

Apeiron means boundless.

It's an ancient Greek word for the boundless — the infinite, undefined source the philosopher Anaximander believed everything comes from. It's also what our logo says: an unbroken loop of possibility, pointed forward.

We took the name because software should feel boundless to the people using it — not the other way around. Most apps quietly put limits on you. They harvest your data, bury the thing you came to do under features you never asked for, and make it hard to leave.

Apeiron Labs was founded in 2026 on the opposite bet: that tools can be easier to use, genuinely affordable, and respectful of your privacy by default. Boundless for you; disciplined for us.

What we believe

Fewer promises. Better defaults.

Only what's necessary

No ad tracking, no data for sale, and no AI trained on your data. When a feature genuinely needs something — like GPS to keep a lone guard safe — we collect only that, and it stays yours.

Actually affordable

Priced to be fair, not to squeeze. No dark patterns and no surprise upsell at the exact moment you need the feature most.

Genuinely easy

The thing you came to do is never buried. Clarity over clutter, on every screen, for people who don't have time to learn an app.

Built to last

Considered, maintained software from someone who uses it too — not shipped once and forgotten the week after launch.

A one-person studio

Small on purpose.

I started writing code in 2013 and started Apeiron Labs in 2026. Working solo keeps things honest: every decision — what to build, what to charge, what data to touch — runs through one person who has to stand behind it. It also means I read every support email myself.

That won't scale into a giant company overnight, and that's fine. The goal isn't to be everywhere. It's to make a small number of tools genuinely worth using, and to keep them that way.
